Tottenham ‘remain at the window’ for Paulo Dybala as Inter Milan ask for time to get a deal over the line.
That’s according to Tuttomercatoweb, who say Spurs are awaiting ‘further developments’ around the Argentine.
Dybala is set to be a free agent at the end of this month, having been let go by Juventus, who didn’t want to pay him his wage demands.
He’s likely to remain in Italy and has been negotiating with Inter for some time, but that deal is yet to be completed.
TMW explain that they have asked the Argentine to ‘wait a little longer’ before signing a deal, although there is a confidence all round that it will go through.
That’s opened the door for his other suitors, with Roma continuing to send signals, while Tottenham ‘remain at the window’ waiting to see what happens.
They were linked with Dybala immediately after it became clear he would be leaving Juventus courtesy of Fabio Paratici, who signed the player for the Italian giants in the first place.
The possibility was quickly dismissed, but it seems Tottenham have not given up their hopes of getting the forward.
Indeed, they’ve ‘expressed their appreciation’ of the Argentine, although TMW say Inter will make a final decision in 10-15 days.
