Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu has reportedly said ‘yes’ to an offer from AC Milan to bring the player to Italy on a six-month loan deal.
According to Turin newspaper Tuttosport today, the Serie A side are now only waiting for Ronald Koeman’s approval so they can close the deal with the Toffees.
The interest in Gerard Deulofeu has been reported for weeks now, with a simple loan being reportedly turned down by Everton. What Milan would do to convince the English club now is to include a buying option at the end of the season.
Tuttosport claims that Deulofeu has also received approaches from clubs such as Olympique Marseille and UD Las Palmas, but he’s now convinced to join Milan and also waits for Ronald Koeman’s response.
Deulofeu signed for Everton on a €6m deal from Barcelona in 2015, but hasn’t been much used lately, having only six Premier League starts this season. His contract with the Toffees runs until 2018.
