As the entire world knows, Paul Pogba will become a free agent in the summer if he doesn’t renew his contract at Manchester United.
The Frenchman has been with the Old Trafford club for most of his career, separating his time there over two spells, with a few years at Juventus in between.
Since his return, Pogba’s form has almost been bipolar, alternating spells of great brilliance with others of near invisibility, which has frustrated Manchester United fans aplenty around the globe.
That, mixed with a desire to perhaps move to Real Madrid if the opportunity presents itself, could be the reason for an exit in the summer, and plenty of clubs will be waiting for him.
In fact, Corriere dello Sport reckon the player will be the ‘object of desire for half of Europe’ from January onwards, ‘including Real Madrid and Juventus’.
Mino Raiola is reportedly ‘working to find the best arrangement’ for his star client, although where that could be has yet to filter.
We’ll have to wait and see, but articles on Wednesday suggested Juventus were already doing some background work on a potential deal, having recently met with the super agent.
