As Inter continue with their efforts to sign Hector Bellerin from Arsenal, we see some updates about these negotiations coming from the Italian media today.
TuttoMercatoWeb brings a story saying there’s still no agreement between the clubs, even though the talks continue to advance.
The website writes that the Gunners have ‘slightly softened their position’ in the past few hours, claiming they will now accept an initial loan, as long as it includes an obligatory buying clause which would depend on performance goals.
Inter, however, are still to offer something more than a deal for a loan with an option to buy, so the negotiations continue.
There’s confidence that Inter and Bellerin already have an agreement, with the Italian side offering the fullback a five-year contract, worth €3.5m per season.
It’s also claimed once again that the player ‘officially’ asked Arsenal to let him make the move, and the Gunners seem to have accepted it, as long as the Nerazzurri agree with their conditions.
