Newcastle United continue to be one of the most commented on clubs in the rumour mill, and are linked to two more Serie A stars today.
As reported by Calcio Mercato, the Magpies could first go for manager Luciano Spalletti. The coach is said to be the club’s third option, following Massimiliano Allegri and Mauricio Pochettino.
Then the outlet also says Newcastle will make some heavy investment in midfield and attack, and one of the targets could be Radja Nainggolan.
The Belgian star is named as an alternative to Arturo Vidal, who’s been widely reported as one of their top targets for the summer.
It turns out that these two rumours serve Inter Milan pretty well. Because they’re still paying Spalletti, who they’ve fired last summer, and are the owners of Nainggolan, who’s currently having a loan spell at Cagliari.
So in case the Magpies go get them both, the Nerazzurri get rid of both contracts, and will be pretty thankful to the club and especially to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Salman.
