All the clubs in the league have scouts watching games all over the world on a daily basis as they try to secure talent ahead of the competition.
According to Fotbollskanalen, this week saw them turning up in Denmark, with Arsenal and Manchester United both in attendance, alongside Rangers, to watch Brøndy vs Norrköping.
The two sides were meeting in the Atlantic Cup and, according to the website, Arsenal, Manchester United and Rangers all sent someone to watch the game.
The focus of their attention? West Ham midfielder Sead Haksabanovic. The attacking midfielder is currently on loan at Norrköping after joining them in the summer.
He’s been catching the eye, with two goals in five Europa League qualifying games earlier in the season standing out, and with his deal at the club expiring in the summer, the scouts are seemingly keeping an eye on him.
Certainly, Arsenal, Manchester United and Rangers, who were among a host of clubs from around Europe who turned up to watch Brøndy’s 2-0 win.
That’s ‘nothing new’ according to Fotbollskanalen, with the West Ham a name that may be worth keeping an eye on as the summer transfer window approaches.
