Turkish newspaper Yeni Asir claim Galatasaray are interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur defender Juan Foyth.
The 22 year old has been a bit-part player for Jose Mourinho since the Portuguese coach’s arrival and could leave the London club to get regular first-team football.
Galatasaray are short of central defenders after losing Christian Luyindama to a long-term knee injury and are looking to add to their squad before the end of the transfer window.
It’s reported Gala are keen to loan the Argentina international and are currently waiting on Mourinho’s decision over the player, however, it seems unlikely the Spurs boss will sanction the transfer.
Yeni Asir claim Arsenal defender Shrokdan Mustafi is still on the Turkish club’s agenda and they could also make an offer for the German.
Foyth has been on the books of Tottenham since August 2017 but he’s only managed to make four appearances this season.
His contract will expire at the end of June 2022.
