Back in the summer, Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has completed a move to Sporting, where he’s staying until the end of the season.
The Lions were not so secure about the impact he would have in the team, and that’s why they’ve gone for a loan spell with a buying option in the end of it.
But it turns out Bolasie is managing to impress in his first few months in Lisbon, and the talk of a permanent move is starting to show up in the local newspapers.
Record brought a story this weekend about the ‘goal’ the player has for the season, as he plans to find the net at least ten times. He’s done it only once so far, getting other three assists.
Although the numbers aren’t that shocking, Record writes that Bolasie has been showing ‘good signs’ on the pitch so Sporting can sign him permanently. They add he’s helped the club to make €570k, which is the prize they get for a win in the Europa League.
Sporting have the chance to make the move permanent for €4.5m
