Kevin Mirallas has a year left on his contract at Everton, but his future at the club is seriously in doubt.
On August 29th, Het Nieuwsblad reported the Belgian is keen on returning to his homeland, while the Toffees are looking to offload him before the European transfer window closes on Monday.
It was also explained that moves to Club Brugge and Anderlecht have been ruled out.
Today’s edition of the same newspaper talks about the winger’s possibility of joining Antwerp.
It’s claimed the Everton player travelled to Belgium and was spotted at Antwerp’s home stadium on Thursday, watching their clash against AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League play-off.

Het Nieuwsblad claims Mirallas’ potential acquisition would be a ‘prestige transfer’ for Antwerp.
AZ registered a 5-2 aggregate victory over Antwerp and with the elimination from the Europa League, it remains to be seen if the Everton player would still be interested in the transfer.
