French forward David Faupala made his debut for Manchester City this season in a 5-1 defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup.
The 19-year-old was on the scoresheet, but never really got a chance to show his talent after that.
On Tuesday, according to French newspaper L’Equipe, Faupala could be sent out on loan next season.
Several clubs in the Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 are keeping an eye on the forward, but AJ Auxerre in the second division seem to be the most interested side.
The player still has a couple of years left on his contract at Manchester City, and has been heavily involved in reserve team games.
Faupala signed for City at the start of the season on a free transfer from RC Lens, and has represented French national youth teams.
A loan spell next season looks to be the right move for Faupala, who’d be hoping to get some regular playing time under his belt next season.
