According to Fotospor, Galatasaray president Mustafa Cengiz has presented Fatih Terim a three-man list ahead of the summer transfer window, which includes Chelsea defender Gary Cahill.
The English defender will leave Stamford Bridge at the end of June when his contract expires and speculation is mounting over his future.
Fotospor say Cengiz has offered Terim a chance to sign Cahill but the Turkish club’s manager wants to focus on the remaining matches of the season before making a decision.
Galatasaray have been strongly linked with a move for the 34 year old since last summer’s transfer window and it seems the Chelsea outcast is back on their agenda.
The Turkish side currently have just two senior central defenders at their disposal and will need to strengthen this position in the next market.
It’s also likely the former England international will receive interest from Premier League clubs in the coming weeks but Gala could offer something different to the Chelsea man.
