Negative judgement is starting to increase around Everton’s Sandro Ramirez, and that isn’t a good thing for the player or the club which owns him.
This week we’ve already covered the latest claims from Real Sociedad’s local media, which not only stated that Sandro would be sent back to Goodison Park when the season is over, but also said that his signing has been so bad the Basque club needs to learn from it.
Today it’s the turn of AS, and the Spanish newspaper say Sandro has so far been an ‘absolute failure’ at Real Sociedad, with pretty much the same applying to this time on loan at Sevilla last season and his career since signing for Everton.
The big negative statistic he can’t get away from is a lack of goals, with AS pointing out the former Barcelona player hasn’t found the back of the net for 475 days.
‘Considered a bargain’ for Everton when they signed him for €6m from Malaga, unless Sandro starts scoring again soon he’ll have been a costly mistake for all the clubs who have had him since.
