Juan Carlos Osorio, manager of the Paraguayan national team, has visited West Ham United’s facilities.
As announced by the Paraguayan FA’s official twitter account, the boss had a conversation with two special people: Manuel Pellegrini and Fabian Balbuena.
It’s claimed that Pellegrini has ‘spoken very well’ of Balbuena, who signed for the Hammers last summer.
Osorio is in London studying to get a UEFA-Pro qualification, and will obviously use his time in the city to get some ideas for his work with the national team.
Last week, Balbuena had already confirmed the meeting, telling ‘Futbol a lo Grande’: ‘Osório has told me he’ll be in London and I’ll wait for him’.
Covering the encounter today, Tigo Sport claims that it has happened at a very good time, as the defender has just scored his first goal for the Hammers.

The Paraguayan press has been keeping an eye on West Ham especially because of the claims they could sign Miguel Almiron from Atlanta United. Balbuena has spoken about this possibility last week.
