Brighton & Hove Albion, Southampton, Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers have been named as Momo Mbaye’s suitors.

The Cádiz CF player, who made his La Liga debut at the start of this season, has three appearances in the league.

Despite the lack of regular minutes, the centre-back has been able to convince the likes of Brighton, Southampton, Leeds and Wolves. These clubs have set their sights on him for the winter market.

That’s according to Senegal’s Wiwsport.com, who state the four Premier League sides are ‘interested’ in the 24-year-old.

It’s said the Seagulls, Southampton, Jesse Marsch’s side and Wolves would ‘all be ready to move forward’ to secure the Senegalese defender’s services in January. The report further adds that his ‘transfer would be well considered’ by Cádiz.

This isn’t the first time the English clubs have been credited with an interest in the centre-back. Last month, Fichajes.net reported Brighton, Southampton and Leeds are ‘closely following’ Mbaye. These three sides are now joined by Wolves.

With four Premier League sides in the picture to sign Mbaye, it remains to be seen which club would be able to convince both the player and Cádiz for a transfer in January.
