AC Milan’s M’Baye Niang has started the season in an impressive manner, after fading from the limelight in the last couple of seasons.
The French forward created a lot of hype during his early days at the Serie A club, but failed to keep it up.
However, Niang did reasonably well on loan at Genoa, and is now trying to make a bigger impact at AC Milan.
The 21-year-old has been speaking to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, and was asked about if he had the opportunity to sign for a Premier League club in the past.
Niang claimed he had the chance to sign for Arsenal or Everton before moving to AC Milan, when his former club Caen had accepted offers from the Premier League club.
He said: ”I hope one day I move to the Premier League, and to play there is a dream of mine, the right football for my style of play.
“I had the opportunity to sign for Arsenal and Everton, when Caen had accepted offers from them, but I chose AC Milan.”
Niang also revealed he had another chance of signing for Leicester in January, but he opted to stay at AC Milan, and he doesn’t regret it.
