West Ham ‘reached agreement’ with club for loan signing, player needs to make decision

Earlier today, we relayed news from Spain that West Ham United are ‘interested’ in Michy Batshuayi, but the forward’s destination could be Everton.

Last summer, Chelsea allowed the 25-year-old to join Valencia on a season-long loan deal and after struggling to impress for the La Liga outfit, they now want to end ties with him.

There’s been another update regarding the former Marseille man in Belgium as Het Laatste Nieuws reports the Hammers and Real Betis have ‘reached an agreement’ with the west London club to take the player on loan for the remainder of this campaign.

HLN claims that Batshuayi must now make a decision as to where he wants to play because Valencia are keen on getting rid of him on deadline day.

The Belgium international doesn’t have a lot of time on his hands to decide his next club because the transfer window will close in the next few hours.
